Rental of goods

Our insurance for rented goods is aimed at sharing platforms as it is specially developed and adapted for renting. Omocom's solutions are intended to create security, both for those who rent out and for those who rent - so that more people will dare to share.

 

Omocom's all-risk insurance for rented goods is offered as compulsory group insurance, which means that all rentals through the platform automatically are insured during the rental period. We protect the rented goods from damage, theft, and loss during the rental period that's not reimbursed by any other insurance, such as home insurance. Should the damage be covered by home insurance, Omocom covers the deductible. Our insurance product for rented goods is adjustable based on your needs, for example, we can adjust the maximum amount of compensation, the deductible towards the customer, and certain parts of the terms. Omocoms insurance for used electronics

We want more people to dare to consume used electronics rather than buying new ones. Our insurance is specially adapted for purchasing used electronics and is aimed at both e-retailers and marketplaces. Our insurances create maximum security on your platform and focus on a smooth customer experience. We increase the conversion rate, the average order value, and customer satisfaction by removing the uncertainties that today prevent people from consuming in a sustainable way.

Our used electronics insurance is for e-retailers that sell used IT equipment, such as mobile phones, computers, tablets, and monitors. Our voluntary all-risk insurance protects the product against theft, loss and damage during a full year and can be offered to your customers as a "pop-up" when they add a product to the shopping cart, or as an option directly in your checkout. When the accident occurs, we always try to repair the product in the first place, if this is not possible, your customer is offered a new equivalent product. If you carry out the repairment yourself, Omocom can buy all spare parts, repairs and new products directly from you so that your customer always are returning to you, can it get more circular than that?

Hidden faults insurance for second hand products

Our hidden fault insurance is aimed at various types of marketplaces for buying and selling used products, such as electronics, hobby equipment, hardware, furniture, and clothing. Our insurance is voluntary and can be jacked into most flows for a seamless experience. The insurance protects the purchased product against hidden faults, up to 14 days after you've received it, without a deductible. We want it to feel safe to shop second-hand and therefore the insurance provides up to SEK 10,000 in compensation for repairs and spare parts in case the product does not work as expected. When an accident occurs, we always try to repair the product, if that's not possible, your customer is offered a new equivalent product.
